Are we doing enough ?????

To save & strengthen our ecosystem which over the years has become very fragile & is threatening our existence. Therefore it is a wake up call for all of us , particularly, the younger generation to ensure erosion is arrested & concrete steps are taken in our day to day life to restore the ECO BALANCE for our own & future generation’s survival . 
We have taken this initiative in Launching this project to create the awareness among one & all regarding the urgent & critical need to restore the balance in the ecosystem.
In this regard , we are taking the initial lead in creating awareness in our own vidyalaya to begin with & taking it further in our society/ community at large.
We request your wholehearted encouragement in making this project a resounding success by giving your valuable support , inputs & ideas.

"We all moan and groan about the loss of the quality of life through the destruction of our ecology, and yet every one of us, in our own little comfortable ways, contributes daily to that destruction. It's time now to awaken in each one of us the respect and attention our beloved Mother deserves. The Saviours of ECOSYSTEM will try to generate awareness among class mates , friends & community members to think twice before indulging in any activity which threatens the ecological balance of the universe.

Our Pledge

 The team "Saviours" will try to generate awareness among class mates , friends & community members to think twice before indulging in any activity which threatens the ecological balance of the universe. The members will also try to restore ECOSYSTEM from getting abused by various dangerous human activities.

DISCIPLINE PHASE

Student discipline is the set of rules, rewards and punishments administered to teach self control, increase desirable behaviors and decrease undesirable behaviors in children.

Plan of Activities:

Organizing slogan writing competition

Nomination of best disciplined students by class teachers

Composing Pledge

Survey by distributing Questionnaires to Teachers as well as Parents.

Interaction with students as well as teachers on the various causes of indiscipline among students / teenagers.

Group discussion / Brain Storming sessions & Uploading interaction videos on you tube.

PLANTATION PHASE

Our Earth has been constantly trying to cope with the way in which human beings use natural resources, clear forest lands, cut trees and the result is global warming and climate change. Students not only need to grow plants in their neighbourhood but also the benefits of the variety of plants for their health.

WATER AUDIT PHASE

 

Water conservation is the basis of our EXISTENCE on this planet & Clean water is the key to SURVIVAL , But regrettably we are not doing enough to save this extremely precious resource resulting in grave danger to mankind. If we take pledge individually and collectively to contribute and create awareness for conservation of water in our day to day activities , we will be doing a great work to serve mother nature . The water which you are wasting without any sense is provided to you at the cost of utilizing 55000 J of energy per hour. If we waste this DIVINE DROP , definitely in the coming years the Water will be sold at the rate of Pearls

MANAGING GARBAGE

Environmental protection – a burning issue which though discussed at different platforms & sometimes addressed too, still is unable to get a solution involving an individual ‘s interest. It is not enough to appreciate and enjoy the bounty of nature : each one of us has to put one's best foot forward to protect the ecosystem in whatever way one can.
